In order to please everyone,

you’ll end up please none.

In order to take everyone along,

you’ll lose the people you already have. 

In order to take everyone’s side,

you’ll end up losing yourself aside.

In order to help everyone, you’ll break apart.

So 

Don’t fear anything, don’t expect anything.

and most importantly,
